This is a fake book designed to steal the purchases of people who intended to buy the REAL "The Simple Path to Wealth" by JL Collins. I want my money back! It's total garbage. Bad printing, poorly edited, many spelling and grammatical errors, to say nothing of the content. AVOID!

I could summarize everything worth knowing into two paragraphs. The author kept repeating what he did many, many times. Would give it a one star but it was a short book and I did obtain a few bits of good advice.

This book outlines a nice, straight-forward and sensible strategy for investing for the long run, with a new wrinkle on the “buy and hold’ approach. Definitely recommended for any investor but especially those with a long time horizon.

A Must-Read. I’ve honestly read tons of books on how to make money in the stock market and this one has to be one of the best. Everything is well explained whilst all the essential factors for good investment decisions are discussed. Overall, a powerful read for investors!

At the beginning of the book the author talks about doubling your money in six years with a 12% yield. He calls it the rule of 72. Well, his math is way off.

This book is a quick read, direct to the point and provide a unique system of monitoring the Dow Jones so you can get out of stocks when the next recession arrives. Like I am sure many investors, I took a big hit in 2008 when my portfolio lost 50% of it's value. I swear that will not happen to me again after reading this book.

Julia Chinyere Oparah is Professor and Chair of Ethnic Studies at Mills College and a founding member of Black Women Birthing Justice. Birthing Justice is an anthology of perspectives on the issues facing Black and African American people today as they try to birth their babies with respect in a racist culture. As a White birth professional for over thirty years, I have no doubts that Women of Color receive different care than White women. Their unique history of being exploited for medical research and receiving substandard care creates distrust of the obstetrical system. But the present condition of mothers and babies dying at twice the rate of White women makes them dependent on the same system to keep their babies alive. The resurgence of Black and African American people midwifing and doulaing each other through the peripartum period is an expression of solidarity and power that will do much in the long run to end racial disparities.The perspectives offered in this book are personal, historical, political, and uplifting. I find it inspiring when women band together to create change to better their own and their children's lives, and to create options for others. What this book offers that no other does is multiple perspectives on a complex issue, grounded in contemporary dialogues about race and disparities in perinatal care. There is anger and sadness in this book, but mostly compassion and a call to action. Birthing Justice informs about what people's experiences are like and what those of us who are outsiders need to know to understand the reproductive justice movement. Like the pregnant person featured on the cover, Birthing Justice looks you in the eye and dares you to look away again after hearing their voices.

WOW. This is clearly an illegitimate, pirate-edition text.The cover art is EXTREMELY pixelated, clearly put together cheaply and crappily. See photo. The back cover doesn't have ANYTHING on it except a paled-out version of the front cover, and a barcode.It doesn't even have a title page with the most basic information. No copyright notice, no ISBN or printing/edition info, no publisher’s address, the year the book was published, and the Library of Congress Catalogue information. This book doesn't even list the PUBLISHER! If you want this book for any research purposes, you won't be able to CITE it. Unbelievable.I just got it in the mail five minutes ago, so I can't speak to the content, but I can tell you this: The book is ENTIRELY printed with one font size (which, again, is small), and very little formatting efforts made to assist the reader. Everything is single spaced, with a single line between paragraphs. This even holds true when a new chapter begins! This book could really not be formatted any worse. See the photo of the open book.Amazon, you should NOT be selling this particular edition!

Take it and read; it is rich with history and a chronicle of the atrocities visited on many believers and how so many withstood trial by fire. I recommend it for all believers for it will reinvigorate your steadfastness.

I've just started reading this book and I know that it's going to change my life. I am so thankful the accounts of precious lives of my brothers and sisters in Christ being recorded and in one book.I appreciate the accuracy of the retelling of their stories. I also appreciate the amount of work the editor put into this book to make it easier to read (language-wise) and for updating it so it includes modern-day accounts of incredible believers.Incredibly encouraging, heartbreaking, and sobering. Every Christian really needs to read this.

This is in old english and very hard to read. I ended up ordering... Foxe's Book of Martyrs (Pure Gold Classics) Paperback – November 1, 2001... instead. Much easier version, modern day english. I included a picture of the more readable version.

Foxe's Book of Martyrs is a great book, but this is an edited version that does not always follow the original. This edition is much more difficult to read than many others available.

Besides the Bible, this is one of the classics of the Christian Faith. If you love Christ and His people, you'll find yourself praying for the Martyrs.They are still out there, and we will be. The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Faith. God bless our persecuted brethren!

I confess that I have not read the complete book. Reading about so many Christians martyred in so many cruel ways was too distressing to sit down and read it all. I have read sections of it at different times and will continue to do so periodically. I always wonder if I would have the courage to face such horrific death as so many of these martyrs did.

Painful and terrible history of the horrific suffering of early Christian martyrs. Some Christians today think they suffer for the faith if they have any difficulty, but the martyrs in this book break your heart. These people have earned the right to sit near the Throne.

My all-time favorite history-and-disease book. First read it as a teen many many years ago, and it probably played a part in focusing my interest in biology. Dr Zinsser shines through on every page, making it highly readable as well as good science (and sociology) history.I highly recommend it.

Interesting and witty read. For anyone interested in the history of Typhus Fever, or just the transmission of disease in general. And/or for people interested in history and/or science. A one-of-a-kind book.

This book met all of my expectations, and more. It was interesting to read the stories of how diseases and parasites had played major roles in the history of the world. A fascinating book.

Even though this book was required for a class, I found it to be entertaining and informative. This book is about how "vermin" have influenced humans throughout history, and why we have certain perceptions about rodents and insects. The book is pretty comprehensive, covering human history from the birth of agriculture to the industrial age to the present day. I think of rodents as misunderstood, so this really resonated with me and helped me understand why some people hate them so much. This book is a pretty short, quick read, so if you're interested in the history of rodents, bugs, and disease, check it out.

Jerald Horst is a retired fisheries specialist. He worked as an extension fisheries biologist in the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center and served as a professor of fisheries at LSU for thirty years. He is a past president of the Louisiana Association of Professional Biologists and a member of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Fisheries Society. Horst is also a recipient of the Louisiana Wildlife Federation's Conservation Communicator of the Year award. A resident of Franklinton, Louisiana, Horst co-wrote The Louisiana Seafood Bible Series, published by Pelican, with his wife, Glenda.Mike Lane is the creator and publisher of the Web sites RodnReel.com and RodnGun.com. Lane has explored the Gulf of Mexico to depths exceeding seven thousand feet as an ROV pilot. He is a past vice president of the Louisiana Outdoor Writers Association and the author of The Chefs of RodnReel.com, published by Pelican. Lane resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.Duane Raver has an extensive background as a fisheries biologist and artist. He is the recipient of the North Carolina Governor's Conservation Achievement Award and was elected to the North Carolina Wildlife Federation's Conservation Hall of Fame. I am an art teacher and use this book as a guide for students when we participate in an art contest that requires students to draw a fish that lives in the Gulf of Mexico. I like that the fish are so beautifully colored and detailed so my students can compare their fish to those of other students and can tell their apart. The book also includes information about every fish - size, food value, etc.I would recommend this book highly to anyone needing information about fish that live in the Gulf of Mexico.

I was looking for a book that displayed pictures of fish I like to fish for. When I received it I was surprised to find habitat, life & feeding information. It is too nice of a book to take on the boat with me. I would be devastated if it were to get ruined. If you want to take it with you buy a second book or make a copy the species of fish you want to fish for.

If you fish the Gulf of Mexico, you'll love this book. The only reason I didn't give it a fifth star is because I thought the art, however awesome it is, was a tad inaccurate on several species but not enough to mislead identification.

Excellent identification of fish species! Many fish in the same group, snapper for instance, have a similar appearance. This book is a great resource for determining just what it is you caught! I keep it in a ziplock bag aboard my boat for easy reference!

This book is very detailed, and quite interesting to read. I would consider it a must have for most anglers, as I've been fishing on the gulf for many years and still catch a fish from time to time that I'm not quite sure what it is. This book will definitely help you know what you've caught and is laid out in an easy to understand format.

Great book! Purchased as a gift for someone. They loved it! It has beautiful large images of the fish and is a high quality, hard cover book. Perfect to display on a coffee table, desk, etc.

This is a very well thought out book that has been immesurable for me in determining fish species in the Gulf. It is easy to read, easy to reference and presents clear, accurate pictures of Gulf fish, especially, for someone like me who is just now getting addicted to fishing.

This book is a true gem. It is a guide to any couple who wants to deepen their connection via sensual massage. But the true beauty of the manual is the sensual pictures that depict many different couples practicing massage on each other. One thing is clear - they enjoy the sensual pleasure very much and they definitely enjoy each other and their bodies. They are completely absorbed into experience and they adore each other's touch.Definite bonus of this manual and very colorful book is the DVDs that are enclosed in the latest edition. I think that every sex therapist should offer this book to any couple experiencing strain in their relationship. A great book to make intimacy more enjoyable

Not that great.

I had the original back in the late sixties and learn a lot from it. Of course back then I spent most of my time giving massages to my roommates' dates. The girls loved it, my roommates loved it and I can not say I hated it. Now I get to revisit that art and my wife and I really love it.

It's a good book and interesting but not as advanced as I expected. Written for the beginner

It does take some imagination to understand some of the massages, but if you work on visualizing the massage and practicing the moves on yourself or a partner, this book can take your massaging to the next level.

A classic, as are all of Gordon's books. This was a replacement for a well oiled copy bought years ago
