Good book, I followed the plan for the first week and lost 10 pounds, of course it was mostly water weight, but was a real boost to my desire to loose some weight, inflammation and treat my thyroid problem. I have a long way to go, but I am getting ready to start over with week one. The only issue I had is that some times there would be an ingredient in a recipe that was not listed on the grocery list.

Information in book seems more personal experience and repeat of media articles like claims made in Facebook and email ads or magazine articles. Not saying the information is wrong or not interesting, it just isn't new or expanded information if you have already read other sources.

I love this cookbook! The recipes are easy and delicious! The recipes are also great for a diabetic diet.
